Select your preferred programme, complete and submit the application form. Pay the non refundable admission fee of € 100. International applicants are encouraged to apply early to allow sufficient time for visa processing.

Receive Your Admission Offer

Completed applications are reviewed within 5–10 working days. Successful applicants receive an official offer letter together with enrolment instructions and payment details.

Our international office provides support with accommodation, student orientation, visa guidance, airport arrival arrangements, and settling into life in Zagreb before classes begin.

Entry Requirements

Admission requirements vary according to your chosen programme level.

Diploma Programmes (EQF/CROQF Level 5)

  • Completed Secondary/High School Education.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.

Degree Programmes (EQF/CROQF Level 6)

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification (EQF/CROQF Level 5).
  • Academic transcripts.

Academic Certificates

Secondary school certificates, diplomas and transcripts.

Passport Copy

A valid international passport with sufficient validity.

Passport Photograph

A recent digital passport-sized photograph.

English Proficiency (Optional For English Speaking Countries)

IELTS, TOEFL, or a Medium of Instruction letter.

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

An updated CV highlighting educational and professional experience.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for all applicants and enrolled students.

Application Fee

The €100 application fee is strictly non-refundable, as it covers administrative processing, document verification, and admissions assessment.

Tuition Fee Refunds

Students who withdraw their enrolment before the commencement of classes may be eligible for a partial tuition refund according to the following schedule:

  • More than 30 days before programme start: 95% refund of tuition fees paid.
  • 15–30 days before programme start: 75% refund of tuition fees paid.
  • Less than 15 days before programme start: No refund.

Visa Refusals

International students whose visa applications are officially refused may apply for a tuition refund, provided an authentic refusal letter from the relevant embassy or consulate is submitted within 30 days of the decision.

Withdrawal After Commencement

No tuition refunds shall be granted once classes, practical training, or internships have commenced, except under exceptional circumstances approved by the Institute's Academic Board.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Admissions Office (admissions@avi.com) with supporting documentation. Approved refunds are normally processed within 30 business days.
